Domestic Energy Performance Certificates

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is now required on all residential properties (houses and flats) that are let out. They will currently only be required at the start of a new lease, although the legislation is always being updated, so this could change at any time to include all let properties.

We provide Domestic EPCs on residential properties for both letting and sales.
