Commercial Energy Performance Certificates

Commercial or Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (NDEPCs) are now required on the construction, sale or new lease of all commercial properties.

Accredited with the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE), we  offer NDEPCs for Level 3 and Level 4 buildings. This includes 95% of the commercial building stock.

Level 5 buildings, such as those with extremely complex geometry, heating, cooling and lighting systems, e.g. hospitals, will require a higher level of service and modelling.

We will conduct a thorough assessment of your building and the services used, then using Government approved iSBEM software we will produce an Energy Performace Certificate and a Recommendation Report, giving suggestions on where improvements could be made to both the building fabric and the heating, cooling and lighting systems used, along with payback periods for each.
