The Fire Safety Reform (England) Order 2005 came into force in October 2006, placing greater emphasis on fire risk assessment and management within your company.

Risk Assessments are required on all commercial properties and communal areas of shared residential buildings (e.g. the communal areas of flats) in order to comply with this legislation.
